摘要
通过分析持液量和反应温度等因素对连续精馏效果的影响,得出在塔釜温度130℃、回流比0.3、塔釜持液小于1 L、处理量200 g/h的条件下,连续精馏试验可以达到EC与催化剂分离的效果,EC的回收率可达99.9%。在塔釜温度120℃、回流比0.3、塔釜持液0.5 L、处理量200 g/h的条件下,通过连续精馏可以将97.5%的乙二醇回收,塔顶无催化剂,得到99.3%的乙二醇。
By analyzing the influence of liquid holdup,reaction temperature and other factors on the continuous distillation effect,it is concluded that under the conditions of tower bottom temperature 130℃,reflux ratio 0.3,tower bottom liquid holdup less than 1 L,treatment capacity 200 g/h,the continuous distillation experiment can achieve the separation effect of EC and catalyst,and the recovery rate of EC can reach 99.9%.Under the conditions of 120℃bottom temperature,reflux ratio of 0.3,liquid holding capacity of 0.5 L and treatment capacity of 200 g/h,97.5%ethylene glycol can be recovered by continuous distillation,and 99.3%ethylene glycol can be obtained without catalyst at the top of the tower.
