离子液体应用于丙酮-甲醇体系萃取精馏的技术研究 被引量:1

Simulation of Extractive Distillation Process of Acetone-Methanol System with Ionic Liquid

摘要 使用Aspen Plus过程模拟软件,模拟了离子液体1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐([AMIM]Cl)作为萃取剂,萃取精馏分离丙酮和甲醇共沸物的过程。分析了全塔理论板数、原料进料位置、回流比、塔顶产品产出量等因素对分离丙酮和甲醇共沸物分离效果的影响。获得的最佳工艺条件为:萃取精馏塔的全塔理论板为27块,原料进料位置为第11块理论板,萃取剂进料位置为第2块理论板,回流比为14,塔顶产品产出量为80 kmol/h。在此条件下,塔顶产品丙酮的质量分数为99.90%,回收的离子液体的质量分数为99.99%。说明以[AMIM]Cl为萃取剂萃取分离丙酮和甲醇共沸物具有很好的效果。 The separation of acetone and methanol azeotropes by extractive distillation with ionic liquid 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride([AMIM]Cl)as extractant was simulated by Aspen Plus process simulation software.The influence of the theoretical plate number of the whole column,the position of the raw material,the reflux ratio and the output of the top product on the separation of acetone and methanol azeotrope was analyzed.The optimum process conditions were obtained as follows:the theoretical plate of the whole column was 27,the feeding position of the raw material was the 11th theoretical plate,the feeding position of the extractant was the 2nd theoretical plate,the reflux ratio was 14,and the output of the top product was 80 kmol/h.Under these conditions,the mass fraction of acetone and ionic liquid were 99.90%and 99.99%respectively.The results show that[AMIM]Cl has a good effect on the extraction and separation of acetone and methanol azeotropes.
