摘要
简要介绍了镍基合金复合管中出现管座的形式,针对管座坐落区域主管开孔及后续管座焊接提出了两种焊接施工方案。通过两种方案施工均可以实现管座区域复合层金属焊接连续性,以保证后续服役期间管线内部具备连续的耐蚀层。
Briefly introduced nickel-based composite pipe weldolet type and provided two different methods on opening holes on header pipe and welding between header pipe and the olet.Both methods could achieve the welding continuity of the composite layer in the weldolet area,that will help to maintain a continuous corrosion-resistant layer in the pipeline during service.
