摘要
离心式压缩机通过产生压力压缩气体,工作原理和结构比较简单,在工业中有着较为广泛的应用,在许多国民支柱性产业的生产中扮演着十分重要的角色。目前随着技术的发展更新换代,离心式压缩机的性能与工作效率都有了大幅的提升,但是在这过程中也出现了一些漏洞。离心式压缩机的喘振不仅会影响其正常工作,也存在着一定的安全隐患,因此本文将着重探究离心式压缩机的防喘振控制设计,以期促进机器的正常运行,减少资源浪费,提高工作效率。
Centrifugal compressor compresses gas by generating pressure,its working principle and structure are relatively simple,it is widely used in industry,and it plays a very important role in the production of many national pillar industries.At present,with the development and upgrading of technology,the performance and working efficiency of centrifugal compressors have been greatly improved,but some loopholes have also appeared in this process.The surge of the centrifugal compressor will not only affect its normal operation,but also has certain hidden safety hazards.Therefore,this paper will focus on exploring the anti-surge control design of the centrifugal compressor,in order to promote the normal operation of the machine,reduce the waste of resources,improve the work efficiency.
