工厂仓库火灾扑救训练模式探究

Research on Fire Fighting Training Mode of Factory Warehouse

工厂仓库类火灾是我国火灾结构的重要组成部分,一直以来具有伤亡人数多、财产损失高、社会影响大等特点。大部分工厂仓库内部结构复杂,可燃物种类繁多,火灾突发性强、蔓延速度快,扑救难度很大,处置此类火灾需要较强的技能经验支持,目前应急管理部消防救援局已将此类火灾扑救的技战术研究列为重点工作。本文旨在通过对近年来消防救援人员学历教育以及2021年新招录消防指挥员初任培训进行剖析,研究如何在初任培训阶段加强消防救援人员的工厂仓库火灾处置能力。

Factory warehouse fire is an important part of fire structure in China.It has the characteristics of many casualties,high property loss and great social impact.The internal structure of most factory warehouses is complex,there are many kinds of combustibles,the fire is sudden,the spread speed is fast,and the fire fighting is very difficult.The disposal of such fires requires strong skills and experience support.At present,the Fire and Rescue Department Ministry of Emergency Management has listed the technical and tactical research of such fire fighting as the key work.This paper aims to analyze the academic education of fire commanders in recent years and the initial training of newly recruited fire commanders in 2021,and study how to strengthen the fire disposal ability of fire commanders in factories and warehouses in the initial training stage.
