Based on the analysis of the current situation of oilfield safety management,this paper lists three common difficulties,which are the lack of contractor management,the lack of energy of safety management personnel,and the difficulty of direct operation supervision.It also analyzes the causes of the problems.According to the actual situation of the oilfield,it explores the solutions on how to grasp the key points of the problems,improve the management level.
