化学氧化法处理工业垃圾渗滤液中氨氮的研究

摘要 采用化学氧化法对工业垃圾渗滤液中氨氮进行处理。通过二氯异氰尿酸钠、次氯酸钠、次氯酸钙、高铁酸钾、过硫酸钾五种氧化剂对工业垃圾渗滤液中氨氮的处理结果对比,得出次氯酸钠对氨氮的处理效果更为显著。最佳反应条件为:反应温度30℃、搅拌强度300 r/min、次氯酸钠加入量3.93 g/L、反应时间1 h,工业垃圾渗滤液中氨氮含量由383.69 mg/L降至0.93 mg/L。次氯酸钠对工业垃圾渗滤液中氨氮的氧化处理,能够达到固废场污水排放标准中氨氮排放限值30 mg/L的要求。重复实验结果表明,次氯酸钠对工业垃圾渗滤液中氨氮具有快速、高效的处理效果。 Ammonia nitrogen in industrial landfill leachate was treated by chemical oxidation.Through the comparison of the treatment results of DCCNa,NaClO,Ca(ClO)_(2),K_(2)FeO_(4) and K_(2)S_(2)O_(8) five oxidants on ammonia nitrogen in industrial landfill leachate,it is concluded that sodium hypochlorite is more effective in the treatment of ammonia nitrogen.The optimum reaction conditions are as follows:the reaction temperature is 30℃,the stirring intensity is 300 r/min,the amount of sodium hypochlorite is 3.93 g/L,and the reaction time is 1 h.The content of ammonia nitrogen in industrial landfill leachate is reduced from 383.69 mg/L to 0.93 mg/L.The oxidation treatment of ammonia nitrogen in industrial landfill leachate by sodium hypochlorite can meet the requirement of 30 mg/L in the discharge standard of solid waste wastewater.The repeated experimental results show that sodium hypochlorite has a rapid and efficient effect on the treatment of ammonia nitrogen in industrial landfill leachate.
