摘要
絮凝剂在水处理中占据很高的地位,但是传统絮凝剂所含金属离子浓度较高,对设备具有一定的腐蚀性。用氢氧化铝溶胶与丙烯酰胺和淀粉发生聚合反应,制备一种绿色、无毒、高效、价廉的新型絮凝剂,利用傅里叶红外光谱仪对絮凝的结构进行表征分析,运用原子分光光度计对絮凝剂吸附后的废水进行Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)的含量测定,研究絮凝剂加入量、pH值及沉淀吸附时间对废水中Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)的絮凝效果的影响。结果表明,絮凝剂对Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)的吸附率高达99%和95%以上。
Flocculant occupies a high position in water treatment,but the concentration of metal ions contained in traditional flocculant is relatively high and corrosive to the equipment.A new green,non-toixc,efficient and cheap flocculant was prepared by polymerization with aluminum hydroxide,acrylamide and starch.The structure was characterized and analyzed by Fourier infrared spectrometer and the content of Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)in the wastewater after flocculant adsorption was determined by atomic spectrophotometer.The effect of flocculant dosage,pH and precipitation time on the flocculation of Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)in wastewater were studied.The results show that the flocculation adsorption rates of Cu^(2+)、Zn^(2+)can be reach 99%and 95%,respectively.
