中药药性化学研究进展

Research Progress in Medicinal Chemistry of TCM

目前中药化学成分研究在提取分离、鉴定分析等领域已取得一定成果,但相关研究过程缺乏与中药药性理论的结合,使中药药性化学成分及相应的物质基础研究相对滞后。因此,基于中药药性理论提出中药药性化学,对阐明中药药性物质基础,中西药会通,以及实现中药“走出去”和“引进来”都有十分重要意义。本文对近年来中药药性化学成分及物质基础研究进行梳理,为中药药性的进一步研究提供参考。

At present,the research on the chemical components of TCM has achieved certain results in the fields of extraction,separation,identification and analysis,but the related research process lacks the combination with the medicinal theory of TCM,which makes the research on the medicinal chemical components of TCM and the corresponding material basis relatively lagging behind.Therefore,proposing the medicinal chemistry of TCM based on the medicinal properties of TCM is of great significance for clarifying the material basis of medicinal properties of TCM,the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and the realization of the“going out”and“introducing”of TCM.This article sorted out the research on the medicinal chemical components and material basis of TCM in recent years,and provided references for further research on the medicinal properties of TCM.
