基于珠澳双偏振雷达的初闪特征分析

摘要 利用2019年4—9月的闪电定位资料、珠澳双偏振雷达数据资料和TITAN的风暴追踪资料,分析了珠澳双偏振雷达150 km范围内初闪的闪电特征和初闪云团的风暴参数特征。结果表明:(1)初闪多为负闪,且负闪的闪电强度明显大于正闪;(2)海洋初闪多于陆地,其闪电强度、初闪云团的面积也均大于陆地初闪;(3)初闪云团的VIL值集中在8~15 kg/m;、Top值集中在6~9 km、-10℃层反射率集中在30~41 dBz、0℃层雪粒子和霰粒子面积占比大部分都在95%以上、约70%的初闪云团中有ZDR柱存在;(4)海洋初闪云团较陆地的VIL值略小,Top值和各高度层的反射率值更大,但雪粒子和霰粒子的百分比和ZDR柱厚度陆地和海洋差异不大。 Based on the lightning location data from April to September in 2019,the data from a dual polarization radar in the area of Zhuhai and Macao and the storm tracking data of TITAN,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the lightning that initially happens in convective cloud clusters and the storm parameters of the clusters within a range of 150 km from the radar.The results are shown as follows.The initial lightning is mostly negative,with the intensity significantly greater than that of the positive lightning.(2)The total amount of initial lightning over the ocean is more than over the land,with the intensity and the area of the initial lightning cloud cluster also greater than those over the land.(3)The VIL values of the lightning cloud cluster are concentrated at 8~15 kg/m;,the Top values are concentrated at 6~9 km,the reflectivity of the-10℃layer is concentrated at 30~41 dBz,and the area of snow and graupel at the 0℃layer accounts for more than 95%,and about 70%of the initial lightning cloud clusters have ZDR columns.(4)The VIL value of the initial lightning cloud cluster over the ocean is slightly smaller than that of the land,and the Top values and the reflectivity of individual height layers are larger than that of the land,but the area of snow and graupel at the 0℃layer and the ZDR column thickness are similarly distributed over land and sea.
