摘要
为进一步提高激光选区熔化成型质量,通过正交工艺实验探究了激光功率、扫描速度和扫描间距对激光选区熔化T C4钛合金致密度的影响规律,并提出了最优工艺范围。结果表明,激光功率对TC4钛合金致密度影响最大,扫描速度次之,扫描间距影响最小,适当增加激光功率、减小扫描速度可以提高TC4钛合金致密度。当铺粉厚度为0.03mm、激光斑点直径为0.07mm时,建议激光功率控制在225~250W,扫描速度控制在800~1000mm/s,扫描间距控制在0.10~0.13mm。
In order to improve the quality of laser selective melting,the influence of laser power,scanning speed and scanning distance on the density of TC4 titanium alloy by orthogonal process test was investigated,and the optimal process range was proposed.The results show that the laser power has the greatest effect on the density of TC4 titanium alloy,followed by scanning speed and scanning distance.Appropriate increase of laser power and decrease of scanning speed can improve the density of TC4 alloy.When the powder thickness is 0.03mm and the laser spot diameter is 0.07mm,it is suggested that the laser power should be controlled in the range of 225~250 W,the scanning speed should be controlled in the range of 800~1000 mm/s,and the scanning distance should be controlled in the range of 0.10~0.13 mm.
