摘要
建立了水中乙二醇的直接进样气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分析方法,为其质量控制提供了科学依据。液体样品不需要经过萃取,直接离心过滤,上GC-MS测试,在适合的程序升温的条件下经聚乙二醇色谱柱分离,在电子轰击电离源下以全扫描和选择离子扫描,外标法定量。分析结果表明,乙二醇在2~200 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(R)为0.9999;检出限为0.62 mg/L。在地表水、地下水和工业废水中数据的精密度和正确度分别为:地表水:1.91%~4.27%,88.1%~94.5%;地下水:3.38%~5.84%,88.6%~95.0%;工业废水:1.53%~6.11%,87.1%~95.7%。该法快速、准确、稳定,能够满足地表水、地下水、工业废水中乙二醇的测定。
A direct injection GC-MS method for the determination of ethylene glycol in water has been established to provide scientific basis for the quality control.Liquid samples do not need to be extracted,directly centrifuged,tested by GC-MS,and separated on a polyethylene glycol column at a suitable temperature,and quantified by external standard method with full scan and selected ion scan under the electron bombardment ionization source.The analysis results showed that ethylene glycol had a good linear relationship in the range of 2~200 mg/L,the correlation coefficient(R)was greater than 0.9999;the detection limit was 0.62 mg/L.The precision and accuracy of the data in surface water,groundwater and industrial wastewater was:surface water:1.91%~4.27%,88.1%~94.5%;groundwater:3.38%~5.84%,88.6%~95.0%;industrial wastewater:1.53%~6.11%,87.1%~95.7%.The method is fast,accurate and stable,and can be used for the determination of ethylene glycol in surface water,groundwater and industrial wastewater.
