摘要
结合日常监测的实际情况,应用双柱双检测器气相色谱法,探讨标气、采样介质、色谱条件、气体流量等关键性技术问题。结果表明,使用甲烷标气可以缩短分析时间,气体在气袋中的保存时间更久,优化色谱条件可尽快去除柱子里面的杂质,气体流量比例影响氧峰的面积。
According to the practical works on environmental monitoring,different methods of the application of double columns and double detectors for gas chromatography to determine NMHC were compared,and some key technical problem,such as standard reference gas,sampling medium,chromatographic condition were analyzed.The results show that,the use of methane gas can shorten the analysis time,the sample lasts longer in the air pocket,the impurities in the column can be removed as soon as possible by optimizing chromatographic conditions,the proportion of gas flow affects the area of the oxygen peak.
