摘要
为了精准控制老平台改造项目的尺寸精度,使新组块成功地安装在旧导管架上,提出了一种基于最小二乘坐标拟合方法,该方法使实测点位最优匹配设计点位,并以各点偏差的大小和方向的形式即矢量形式反映钢结构误差,相对于以尺寸长度标量形式反映钢结构精度的传统方法,新方法更加直观,可以有效判断结构变形,提高施工效率,降低海上安装风险,对于老平台改造尺寸控制具有一定的重要意义。
In order to accurately control the size of the old platform improvement project,the new module can be installed on the old jacket.This paper proposes a coordinates fitting method based on the least square method.It make the survey points match the design points optimally,and the steel structure error can be shown in the form of the magnitude and direction of the deviation of each point,namely the vector form,compared with the traditional method in the form of scaler of dimension length,the new method is more intuitive,in addition,structural deformation can be effectively judged,construction efficiency can be improved,offshore installation risk can be reduced.It plays an important role in the dimension control of the old platform.
