摘要
对煤制油油品合成与加工装置费托合成单元、脱碳单元腐蚀情况进行描述,针对费托合成单元、脱碳单元腐蚀情况从工艺介质特性、设备选材、施工等多方面进行原因分析,并给出针对性解决措施,确保油品合成装置安稳长满优运行。
In this paper,the corrosion situation of the refined desulfurization unit,fischer-tropsch synthesis unit and decarbonization unit of CTL oil synthesis device is described,and the cause analysis is carried out from the characteristics of the process medium,the material selection of equipment,the construction and so on,and the targeted solution measures are given.The plant can achieve a safe,stable and optimum operation at full capacity for long terms.
