Preliminary Innovation of Inorganic Chemistry and Experimental Reform

以地方本科院校集宁师范学院为例,针对培养学生创新能力,无机化学及实验改革的初步创新,从改革思路、改革原则、实验前准备及开放实验管理流程和实验改进实例等几个方面进行研究,为大力培养地区企业所需具有自主创新意识的科研型人才及地方高校无机化学及实验改革提供了新的实践基础。

Taking the local undergraduate college-Jining Normal University as an example,this article aims at cultivating students′innovative ability,and the preliminary innovation models for inorganic chemistry and experimental reform including:reform thought,reform principle,preparation before experiment and opening experiment management flow and experiment improvement examples research in several aspects.It provides a new practical basis for vigorously cultivating scientific research talents with independent innovation consciousness needed by regional enterprises and the reform of inorganic chemistry and experimental in local universities.
