居民小区饮用水水质评价指数构建与应用

Construction and Application of Evaluation Index for Drinking Water Quality in Shanghai Residential District

自来水末端用户小区水质和居民龙头水息息相关,为了提升小区供水水质的精细化管理,以上海市饮用水地方标准为基础,构建评价上海市居民小区饮用水水质评价指数。该指数基于上海市二次供水行业检测要求和与实际影响居民水质的因素,综合选取了在线、实验室检测数据及小区平均水龄等多参数来构建上海市居民小区饮用水水质评价指数。基于小区实际水质监测值,预先模拟了不同数据的水质状况;基于各计算模型评价结果,得出适用于居民小区饮用水水质评价的计算模型,界定了不同水质等级的评价标准。构建的水质指数在反映居民小区整体水质等级的同时,可定量区分居民小区饮用水时空特征,为居民小区饮用水水质精细化管理提供一种科学可靠的评价方法。

In order to assist the fine management of Shanghai's water supply,based on Shanghai local drinking water standards,an evaluation index for the quality of drinking water in Shanghai residential communities was constructed.Based on water quality inspection indicators specified by local standards for secondary water supply,and industry testing requirements for secondary water supply in Shanghai,fully considering the water quality meaning of the indicators and the characteristics of actual secondary water supply water quality,and selecting suitable communities for participation in Shanghai drinking water quality evaluation index.Based on the actual water quality monitoring value of community,different water quality conditions were simulated in advance,and based on the evaluation results of each calculation model,a calculation model suitable for drinking water quality evaluation in residential communities was obtained,and different water quality levels were defined evaluation criteria.Constructed water quality index can not only reflect the overall water quality level of residential quarters,but also quantitatively distinguish the temporal and spatial characteristics of drinking water in residential quarters,providing a reliable evaluation method for the refined management of water supply in Shanghai.
