摘要
重庆市主城区核心地段某污水处理厂面对急需提标扩能以及日益突出的“厂群”矛盾等多重难题,在无法迁建扩建的情况下,利用重庆市山地地形特点,改造为半地下式污水处理厂,在不增加用地的情况下,实现了原址提一级A标准和扩能1.2×10^(4)m^(3)/d,并在上部修建市民广场和综合办公大楼,吨水用地为0.36 m^(2)/(m^(3)·d),远低于国家和行业同规模污水厂用地的指标[0.95~1.20 m^(2)/(m^(3)·d)]。臭气集中收集处理后沿综合办公大楼排放管进行100 m高空排放,实现了空间资源利用和环境友好最优化。文中介绍了前置高效沉淀池和前置反硝化脱氮和硝化功能的两级曝气生物滤池工艺的选择与设计,以及主要设计参数,通过环保验收后1整年的运行,出水稳定达到并优于《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准,为类似工程案例提供参考。
A wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)in the core area of Chongqing city is facing many problems,such as urgent need to raise standards,expand capacity,and the increasingly prominent contradiction of"plant group".It is impossible to move and expand,the semi-underground WWTP is transformed by taking advantage of the mountainous terrain characteristics of Chongqing city.Without increasing land use,original site is upgraded to first grade A cretiria and the capacity is expanded by 1.2×10^(4)m^(3)/d.Citizen square and comprehensive office building are built on the upper part.The land use per ton of water is 0.36 m^(2)/(m^(3)·d),which is far lower than that of national and industrial WWTP of same scale[0.95~1.20 m^(2)/(m^(3)·d)].The space resource utilization and environmentfriendly optimization are realized.The selection and design of a two-stage biological aerated filter(BAF)process with presedimentation tank and pre-denitrification and nitrification functions,and main process design parameters are introduced in this paper,while operate one year after the environmental protection acceptance,effluent quality is stable and superior to the first class A criteria of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Treatment Plant(GB 18918—2002),which provides reference for similar engineering cases.
