摘要
随着电网运行负备用压力逐步增大,组织常规机组参与调峰市场来应对负备用缺口的同时,有必要深入挖掘用户侧资源参与调节的潜力。提出了用户侧参与调峰运行的2种改进模式,构建了不同模式下用户侧参与电网调峰运行的组织流程和运行优化模型。基于IEEE 39节点系统的算例,分析了对应模式下的电网调峰运行优化效果以及机组分摊费用,并验证了需求响应补偿标准及其承担负备用缺口比例的影响,为有序地组织需求响应和推进用户侧资源参与调峰市场交易提供了参考。
With the increasing pressure of operation negative reserve capacity,general units were organized to participate the peak regulation markets to meet the shortage of negative reserve.At the same time,it was necessary to explore the regulating potential of demand side resource.This paper proposed two improved modes of the demand side resource to participate in peak regulation operation.And the organization process and operation optimization model of peak regulation operation involved with demand side resource was designed.Based on the case of IEEE 39 nodes system,the peak regulation optimal results and the allocated cost of units was analyzed under the improved modes,and the influence of demand response compensation standards and the proportion of demand response contributed to the total negative reserve capacity were verified,which could be reference to organize the demand response and promote the demand side resource to participate in peak regulation markets.
