摘要
齿轮齿根应力计算方法,将轮齿视为刚度足够的悬臂梁,忽略变形影响,计算出应力值。塑料齿轮的弹性模量比金属齿轮小,在负荷作用下容易产生较大变形,这可能会使塑料齿轮齿根应力发生变化。运用ANSYS Workbench软件,对钢-塑料齿轮副单齿啮合模型仿真试验。结果表明:采用较小弹性模量的塑料材料,相同扭矩负荷下塑料齿轮齿根承载能力得到了增强。
The gear root stress calculation method considers the gear teeth as a cantilever beam with sufficient rigidity,ignoring the effect of deformation,and calculates the stress value. The elastic modulus of plastic gear is smaller than that of metal gear,and it is easy to produce large deformation under the load,which may change the root stress of the plastic gear. ANSYS Workbench software are used to simulate the single-tooth meshing model of the steel-plastic gear pair. The results show that the load-bearing capacity of the plastic gear root under the same torque load is enhanced by using the plastic material with smaller elastic modulus.
