我国城乡规划设计从业者的主观幸福感特征及影响因素研究

Research on the Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Subjective Well-Being of Urban-Rural Planning Practitioners in China

城乡规划设计行业为我国社会经济的快速发展提供了有力的智力支持,如何提高城乡规划设计从业者的主观幸福感是一个值得研究的课题。文章依据主观幸福感相关理论,利用网络问卷调查数据和有序多分类Logistic回归模型分析了我国城乡规划设计从业者的主观幸福感及其影响因素,结果发现:城乡规划设计从业者的主观幸福感总体上较高;人格特质并未显著地影响城乡规划设计从业者的主观幸福感,对生理、安全保障、情感关怀、尊重和自我实现的需求总体上会对其主观幸福感产生显著积极影响;需求层次越高,对城乡规划设计从业者主观幸福感的影响越突出。因此,文章建议规划设计单位应在生理需求、安全保障需求、情感关怀需求、尊重需求和自我实现需求方面给予职工最大限度的满足,以提高城乡规划设计从业者的主观幸福感并激发其工作热情,使其能为我国城市健康发展提供更好的智力服务。

Urban-rural planning and design provides powerful intellectual support for the rapid development of China's social economy.Improving the subjective well-being of planning practitioners is a topic worth studying.Based on the theory of subjective well-being,this paper explores the subjective well-being of Chinese urban-rural planning and design practitioners(URPDP)and its influencing factors by using online questionnaire survey data and ordered multi-class logistic regression.The subjective well-being of URPDP is generally better.There is no significant relationship between the personality traits of URPDP and their subjective well-being.Physiological needs,safety guarantee,emotional care,respect and self-realization have a significant positive impact on the subjective well-being of URPDP.The higher Maslow's demand level is,the stronger its influence on the subjective wellbeing of URPDP.Therefore,it is suggested that planning institutes and companies should give employees the most satisfaction in physiological needs,safety guarantee,emotional care,respect and self-realization to improve subjective well-being and stimulate enthusiasm for work,and provide better intellectual services for the healthy development of Chinese cities.
