无煤柱开采条件下采空区上覆岩层“三带”探测及上行开采可行性研究 被引量:6

摘要 通过对店坪煤矿采区范围内上行开采可行性的论证与研究,探测矿井9号煤层采空区上方“三带”的准确高度,确定上覆煤层在“三带”中的位置,分析研究煤层的破坏程度及其可采性。同时,通过分析岩石力学特性、矿压测试结果、应力场与围岩破坏关系以及“三带”高度发育规律对采场支护影响等,为矿井合理开采煤层资源,在下分层9号煤层开采后反序对上分层3、5号煤层进行开采提供理论依据,也为其他同类矿区和相关领域开展无煤柱开采条件下采空区上覆岩层“三带”探测及上行开采可行性研究提供经验和理论技术储备。 Through the demonstration and research on the feasibility of upward mining in the mining area of Dianping Coal Mine,the accurate height of the"three zones"above the goaf of No.9 coal seam in the mine was detected,the position of the overlying coal seam in the"three zones"was determined,and the analysis and research were carried out.The degree of damage to the coal seam and its recoverability.At the same time,by analyzing rock mechanical properties,rock pressure test results,the relationship between stress field and surrounding rock failure,and the influence of the"three-zone"height development law on stope support,the coal seam resources were reasonably exploited for the mine,and the No.9 coal seam was mined in the lower layer.It provided a theoretical basis for the mining of No.3 and No.5 coal seams in the upper layer in reverse order,and also provided a feasibility study for the“three zones”detection and upward mining of the overlying strata in the goaf under the condition of non-coal pillar mining in other similar mining areas and related fields.Provided experience and theoretical technical reserves.
