摘要
通过比较不同黑骨藤提取物对淋巴细胞增殖抑制作用的影响,确定其提取物制备的最佳方法及有效成分的预测。采取不同比例水—醇混合物提取的方式,获得6种不同的黑骨藤提取物,将这些提取物进行淋巴细胞增殖抑制试验,确定最佳提取方法。检测各提取物中杠柳苷系列化合物含量,以了解该指标是否与黑骨藤免疫抑制活性存在关系,明确杠柳苷系列化合物对黑骨藤免疫抑制活性的影响。结果表明,极性较小的提取体系更有利于获得免疫抑制能力强的黑骨藤提取物,同时黑骨藤提取物的免疫抑制能力与其杠柳苷系列化合物的含量正相关。杠柳苷系列化合物很可能是黑骨藤的免疫抑制有效成分,有必要进一步研究其作为黑骨藤质量鉴定指标的可能性。
By comparing the effects of different extracts of Periploca forrestii Schltr.on the inhibition of lymphocyte proliferation,the optimal method of extract preparation and the prediction of effective components were determined.In this study,six different extracts of P.forrestii were obtained,using different proportions of Hydro-alcoholic mixture,and these extracts were subjected to lymphocyte proliferation inhibition experiment to determine the best extraction method.Then,the content of periplocin series compounds in each extract was detected to find out whether the index was related to the immunosuppressive activity of P.forrestii,and to clarify the effect of periplocin series compounds on the immunosuppressive activity of P.forrestii.The results showed that the extraction system with less polarity was more conducive to obtain the extract with strong immunosuppressive ability.Meanwhile,the immunosuppressive ability of the extract was positively correlated with the content of periplocin series compounds.Aeries compounds of periplocin are likely to be the immunosuppressive active components of P.forrestii,which is necessary to further study the possibility of using them as quality identification indicators.
