类岩石材料脆性特征与配合比方案试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为获得具有与砂岩相近变形及脆性特征的类岩石材料配比,以骨料含量、水泥石膏比和重晶石含量为影响因素条件,采用正交试验配制了25组类岩石材料,并开展物理力学试验。由E/σc变形指标与σc/σt脆性指标对类岩石材料和原岩进行比较分析,确认符合原岩基本变形指标与脆性指标的试验方案。采用极差对类岩石材料进行敏感性分析。研究表明:试样密度的主要影响因素为水泥石膏比,且随水泥石膏比例下降而下降;试样单轴抗压强度、抗拉强度与弹性模量的主要影响因素为骨料含量,且随骨料含量的上升,均出现上升—下降—上升趋势。进一步对试验数据进行多元线性回归分析,计算得出其线性回归方程并进行演算,结果与原岩数据有较高的一致性。 To obtain rock-like materials with similar deformation and brittleness characteristics as sandstone,25 groups of rock-like materials were prepared by the orthogonal test with aggregate content,cement-gypsum ratio,and barite content as influencing factors,and physical and mechanical tests were carried out. The E/σc deformation index and σc/σtbrittleness index are used to compare and analyze the rock-like materials with the original rock. The test scheme,which accords with the original rock′s basic deformation index and brittleness index is confirmed. Sensitivity analysis of rock-like materials by range. The results show that the main influencing factor of sample density is the cement-gypsum ratio,which decreases continuously with the decrease of cement-gypsum ratio;the main influencing factor of uniaxial compressive strength, compressive strength and elastic modulus of samples is the aggregate content,and with the increase of aggregate content,there is an upward-downward-upward trend. The linear regression equation is calculated by the multivariate linear regression analysis of the test data,and the results are consistent with the original rock data.
