摘要
文章介绍液压支架用50 t重型平板车结构设计特点,对平板车轮系、轴、轴承进行力学计算,利用ANSYS Workbench对轮轴进行有限元分析。设计产品结构紧凑,强度高,满足设计要求,经过长期使用结果证明,该重型平板车满足砚北煤矿ZF17000液压支架的安全运输要求。
This paper introduces the structural design features of heavy flat deck wagon for transporting 50 tons of hydraulic support, carries out mechanical calculation on the wheel system, axle and bearing of flat deck wagon, and carries out finite element analysis on the wheel system using ANSYS Workbench. The designed product has compact structure and high strength and meets the design requirements. After long-term use, it is proved that the heavy-duty flat car meets the safety transportation requirements of ZF17000 hydraulic support in Yanbei Coal Mine.
