立式金属罐底量容量计算探析 被引量:1

摘要 目前,立式金属罐底量容量计算主要应用于液态货物储罐,我国建设的储罐多数以软基础为主,且多数采取环墙、环梁式结构建筑,在长期使用下,基于地质条件等自然因素影响亦或是储罐内高液水位重量作用下,储罐会产生整体、局部沉降或是变形,故采取科学罐底容量计算是及时发现储罐差量并有效解决问题的重要方法。文章开展立式金属罐底量容量计算研究,分别对目前广泛应用的容量比较法、几何测量法计算进行详细分析,以有效指导我国相关企业、部门实现高精度立式金属罐底量容量计算工作。 At present, the calculation of vertical metal tank bottom capacity is mainly applied to liquid cargo storage tanks. Most of the storage tanks built in China are mainly soft foundation, and most of them adopt ring wall and ring beam structure buildings. In the context of long-term use, the storage tanks will have overall and local settlement or deformation based on the influence of natural factors such as geological conditions or the weight of high liquid level in the storage tanks.Therefore, the scientific calculation method of tank bottom capacity is an important method to find the tank difference in time and solve it effectively. This paper carries out the research on the calculation of vertical metal tank bottom capacity, and makes a detailed analysis of the widely used capacity comparison method and geometric measurement method, in order to effectively guide the relevant enterprises and departments in China to realize high-precision vertical metal tank bottom capacity calculation.
