This article introduces the concept of deinstitutionalization and analyzes the deinstitutionalization design of the Basel Rehabilitation Center.Taking a rehabilitation hospital in Changsha city as an example,starts from the perspective of the interior design of the medical space,combined with the significant humanistic environment characteristics of the city where the project is located,it introduces the specific method of deinstitutionalization design of the hospital medical space.
