摘要
为了使煤炭资源得到充分回收,缓解煤炭资源短缺的问题,在山西金谷煤矿10901采煤工作面采用前预裂切顶卸压沿空留巷技术,在介绍预裂切顶沿空留巷技术原理、施工工艺流程的基础上,结合该工作面地质条件,以结构力学理论为基础,分析采煤工作面沿空留巷巷旁切顶阻力计算模型,并通过计算得到巷旁切顶阻力为460 kN,在此基础上,详细设计了沿空留巷旁单支护技术方案。将巷旁支护方案应用到井下工程实践,采用现场检测的手段对巷道围岩移动变形进行监测,发现巷道顶底板位移和两帮位移均在合理范围内,满足下区段的工作面生产要求。
In order to effectively improve the recovery rate of coal resources and alleviate the shortage of coal resources,the gob-side entry retaining technology with pre-splitting roof cutting and pressure relief was adopted in the 10901 coal mining face of ShanXi JinGu mine.Based on the introduction of the technical principle and construction process of gob-side entry retaining with pre-splitting roof cutting,combined with the geological conditions of the working face,and based on the theory of structural mechanics,the calculation model of the roof cutting resistance of the gob-side entry retaining in the coal mining face was analyzed,and the roof cutting resistance was 460 kN.On this basis,the single support technology scheme of the gob-side entry retaining was designed in detail.Applying the roadside support scheme to the underground engineering practice,it is found that the roof and floor convergence and the two sides convergence of the roadway are within a reasonable range,which meets the production requirements of the next working face.
