摘要 为提高煤炭回收率、实现采空区遗煤自燃的有效防治,以寺家庄矿15117工作面为工程背景,提出采用巷旁充填沿空留墙技术实现无煤柱开采,基于此,介绍了巷旁充填沿空留墙技术原理,开发了巷旁充填沿空留墙技术,主要包括扩巷加强支护和浇筑墙体支护,提出了巷旁充填沿空留墙工艺,巷旁充填在15117工作面进风巷进行了工程应用,实现了留墙的稳定控制。 In order to improve the coal recovery rate and realize the effective prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion in the mining area, taking the work surface of 15117 of Sijiazhuang mine as the engineering background, it is proposed to use the technology of filling the alley along the empty wall to achieve coal-free column mining, based on this, this paper introduces the technical principle of lane filling along the empty wall, develops the technology of filling the lane side along the empty wall, mainly includes the expansion of the alley to strengthen the support and pouring wall support, puts forward the process of filling the lane side along the empty wall, the lane side filling in the 15117 work surface into the wind lane for engineering application, to achieve the stable control of the retaining wall.
