摘要
采空区发生煤炭自燃不仅会威胁到工人的安全,还会引发瓦斯爆炸,造成严重后果。注氮防灭火技术作为煤层自燃防治手段之一,可以降低采空区内部氧气的浓度,缩小氧化带范围,降低事故率。本文对红旗煤矿1510辅助巷火区治理工作的成功经验进行总结分析,分析了氮气防灭火作用原理,通过分析1510辅助巷火区注氮方案,观测注氮后的数据,分析注氮前后火区的变化规律,从而得到一套安全可靠的同类型火区的注氮防灭火技术。
The spontaneous combustion of coal in the goaf will not only threaten the safety of workers,but also cause a gas explosion,causing serious consequences.Nitrogen injection prevention and fire extinguishing technology,as one of the prevention and control methods of coal seam spontaneous combustion,can reduce the concentration of oxygen in the goaf,reduce the range of oxidation zone,and reduce the accident rate.This article summarizes and analyzes the successful experience of the fire zone control work in the 1510 auxiliary lane of Hongqi coal mine,analyzes the principle of nitrogen fire prevention and extinguishment,and analyzes the nitrogen injection plan of the 1510 auxiliary lane fire zone,observes the data after the nitrogen injection,and analyzes the fire zone before and after the nitrogen injection The law of change has resulted in a set of safe and reliable nitrogen injection fire prevention and extinguishing technology for the same type of fire area,which has important guiding significance for the safe production of mines.
