摘要
针对2.25 m助推器筒形壳段的装配和铆接,开展了无毛刺制孔刀具和工艺参数研究、电动压力铆接技术研究、电动压力铆接与气动锤击铆接剪切力对比研究和自动钻铆技术的工艺流程分析研究,得出最佳制孔和铆接参数,通过剪切力试验,得出电动压铆接头剪切力的离散性较小,铆钉成型一致性好。
For the assembly and riveting of 2.25m booster cylindrical shell,the research on burr-free hole-making tools and technological parameters,electric pressure riveting technology,comparative study on shear force between electric pressure and pneumatic hammer riveting,and technological process analysis of automatic drilling and riveting are carried out.The optimum parameters of hole making and riveting are obtained.Through shear force test,it is concluded that the dispersion of shear force is small and the rivet forming property is good.
