强光疗联合白蛋白静脉滴注治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Intensive Phototherapy Combined with Intravenous Drip of Albumin in the Treatment of Neonatal Hyperbilirubinemia

目的分析强光疗联合白蛋白静脉滴注治疗新生儿高胆红素血症(NHB)的临床效果。方法102例NHB患儿根据治疗方式的不同分为两组各51例,对照组采用常规治疗联合强光疗法,观察组在对照组基础上采用白蛋白静脉滴注治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、血清胆红素水平以及不良反应。结果治疗3 d后,观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组,血清TBIL、IBIL、DBIL水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论强光疗联合白蛋白静脉滴注可提高新生儿高胆红素血症的临床疗效,降低血清胆红素水平,且不增加不良反应。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of intensive phototherapy combined with intravenous drip of albumin in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia(NHB). Methods 102 cases of NHB were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy combined with intensive phototherapy, and the observation group was treated with intravenous drip of albumin on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, serum bilirubin levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After 3 days of treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the serum TBIL, IBIL and DBIL levels were significantly lower than those of the control group(P <0.05). No statistical difference was found between the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05). Conclusions Intensive phototherapy combined with intravenous drip of albumin can improve the clinical efficacy of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia and reduce serum bilirubin levels, without increase of adverse reactions.
