温肺健脾汤治疗肺气虚寒证持续性变应性鼻炎患者的临床效果及其对炎性因子水平的影响

Clinical Effect of Wenfei Jianpi Decoction in the Treatment of Persistent Allergic Rhinitis Patients with Lung Qi Deficiency and Cold Syndrome and Its Impact on Levels of Inflammatory Factors

目的探讨温肺健脾汤治疗肺气虚寒证持续性变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)患者的临床效果及其对炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2020年5月我院收治的120例肺气虚寒证持续性AR患者,随机分为两组各60例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用温肺健脾汤治疗。比较两组的临床疗效以及治疗前后的炎性因子水平。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的78.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的IL-4、IL-6、TNF-α水平均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组的IL-4、IL-6、TNF-α水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温肺健脾汤能够有效提高肺气虚寒证持续性AR患者的治疗效果,降低患者炎性因子水平。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wenfei Jianpi decoction in the treatment of persistent allergic rhinitis(AR)patients with Lung Qi Deficiency and Cold syndrome and its impact on levels of inflammatory factors.Methods 120 persistent AR patients with Lung Qi Deficiency and Cold syndrome admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Wenfei Jianpi decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and the levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.67%,significantly higher than 78.33%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-4,IL-6 and TNF-α in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of IL-4,IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Wenfei Jianpi decoction can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of persistent AR patients with Lung Qi Deficiency and Cold syndrome,and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors of patients.
