摘要
目的探讨基于微信平台的延续性护理应用于慢性牙周炎患者的效果。方法90例行正畸治疗的慢性牙周炎患者随机分为观察组(基于微信平台的延续性护理)与对照组(随访式延续性护理),比较两组的牙龈健康指标及护理满意度。结果矫治后,观察组的PLI、GI均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为97.78%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论基于微信平台的延续性护理可有效改善正畸患者的牙龈健康,改善慢性牙周炎,提高患者的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing based on WeChat platform applied in patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods 90 patients with chronic periodontitis who underwent orthodontic treatment were randomly divided into the observation group(continuous nursing based on WeChat platform)and the control group(follow-up continuous nursing).The gingival health indicators and nursing satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared.Results After orthodontic treatment,the PLI and GI of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 97.78%,higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuous nursing based on WeChat platform can effectively improve the gingival health of orthodontic patients,improve chronic periodontitis,and improve patients'satisfaction degree.
