预见性护理在微创手术治疗输尿管连接部狭窄并发肾结石患者手术部位感染控制中的应用

Application of Predictive Nursing in the Control of Surgical Site Infection in Patients with Ureteral Junction Stenosis Complicated with Renal Calculi Treated by Minimally Invasive Surgery

目的探讨预见性护理预防微创手术治疗输尿管连接部狭窄并发肾结石患者手术部位感染的价值。方法130例输尿管连接部狭窄并发肾结石患者随机分为观察组(预见性护理)与对照组(常规护理),比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的肛门排气时间、卧床时间、住院时间均短于对照组,手术部位感染发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理可有效预防微创手术治疗输尿管连接部狭窄并发肾结石患者手术部位感染的发生,缩短住院时间,提升护理满意度。

Objective To explore the value of predictive nursing in the control of surgical site infection in patients with ureteral junction stenosis complicated with renal calculi treated by minimally invasive surgery.Methods 130 patients with ureteral junction stenosis complicated with renal calculi were randomly divided into the observation group(predictive nursing)and the control group(routine nursing).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The anal exhaust time,bed rest time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the incidence of surgical site infection was lower than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction degree was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Predictive nursing can effectively prevent the occurrence of surgical site infection in patients with ureteral junction stenosis complicated with renal calculi treated by minimally invasive surgery,shorten hospitalization time and improve nursing satisfaction degree.
