摘要 为适应油田数字化建设以及推行水源井和水源站无人值守运行模式的要求,在确保油田水源井和水源站安全稳定运行的同时,减轻工人劳动强度、降低运行维护成本,提高运行管理水平、进一步优化资源配置,提升工作效率和经济效益,通过对供水通信网及工控系统进行研究,利用物联网技术,建立覆盖水源井、水源站各生产环节的数据采集与监控系统、数据传输系统、生产管理系统,实现生产数据自动采集、远程监控、生产预警等功能,达到数字化油田的建设要求。 In order to meet the requirements of oilfield digital construction and the implementation of unattended operation mode of water source wells and water source stations, while ensuring the safe and stable operation of oil field water source wells and water source stations, reduce workers’ labor intensity,reduce operation and maintenance costs, improve operation management level, further optimize resource allocation, and improve work efficiency and economic benefits, By studying the water supply communication network and industrial control system, and using the Internet of things technology,supervisory control and data acquisition system, data transmission system and production management system covering all production links of water source wells and water source stations are established to realize the functions of automatic production data acquisition, remote monitoring and production warning,to meet the construction requirements of digital oil field.
