江西建昌帮特色中药饮片炮制“炆法”浅析

Analysis on“Braising Method”of Characteristic Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jianchangbang in Jiangxi Province

建昌帮是我国南方古药帮和中药炮制的重要流派之一,发祥于江西省南城县(古称建昌),以擅长传统中药饮片加工炮制、药材集散经营著称。建昌帮的传统炮制风格是工具辅料独特,工艺取法烹饪,讲究形色气味俱佳,毒性低疗效高,片形斜、薄、大、亮,色泽鲜艳,气味纯正浓郁。建昌帮以炆、煨、炒法独具本帮特色,共有十三法。炆法为江西建昌帮独有的传统中药饮片炮制方法。本研究对炆法的传统特色炮制工艺、历史沿革等进行了介绍,并探讨了炆法特色炮制原理的研究思路,为江西地方特色炮制方法的研究提供借鉴和参考。

Jianchangbang is one of the important schools of ancient medicine faction and traditional Chinese medicine processing in southern China.It originated in Nancheng county,Jiangxi province(formerly known as Jianchang).It is famous for its expertise in traditional decoction piece processing and processing and distribution management of medicinal materials.The traditional processing style of Jianchangbang is unique tool accessories,cooking method,pay attention to shape,color and smell,low toxicity and high curative effect.Slices oblique,thin,large,bright,bright color,pure strong odor.Jianchangbang unique methods include cook over a slow fire,baking in rice bran,roasting with liquid adjuvant material,stir-frying,a total of 13 methods.Braising method is a unique traditional processing method of Jianchangbang in Jiangxi province.This research introduces the traditional characteristic processing technology and historical evolution of braising method,and discusses the research ideas of the characteristic processing principle of braising method,so as to provide reference and reference for the research of local characteristic processing methods.
