摘要
对于某大型海工栈桥的实船试验,由于传统的休息臂布置方案存在材料及施工费用高、占地面积大、布设紧张、短期使用后拆除导致浪费等缺点。为此,本文充分利用搭载平台的原有上层建筑结构,为实船试验栈桥设计了一种简易的休息臂布置方案,并进行了总体布局、强度评估,评估结果安全可靠。该布置方案最终通过实际工程验证可行,其设计思路可推广至同类栈桥/吊机等的存放方案制定。
For a large gangway test in an offshore platform,the traditional rest structure has some disadvantages such as high material and construction cost,large floor area,difficulty in arrangement on compact offshore platform,waste of money when uninstalled after short-term use.This paper makes full use of the original superstructure of the platform to design a set of simple rest structure arrangement scheme for the gangway test,evaluates the scheme through the overall layout and strength evaluation method,and the evaluation results are safe and reliable.The arrangement scheme is finally verified and feasible through a practical project,and its design idea can be extended to the storage scheme of similar gangway/cranes.
