Organization and Implementation of Centralized Blanking and Beveling of Steel in Ship Repair

本文通过对友联船厂船体结构新旧下料模式的对比分析,经过不断探索与实践,提出了适合现代修船及精细化管理模式的下料方式。指出了实现修船船体结构在内场集中下料和开坡口所要具备的软硬件的条件以及实施要点,同时也为其他修船企业在下料管理方面提供了经验和借鉴。

Through the comparison and analysis of the old and new blanking mode of the hull structure of Yiulian Shipyard,and after continuous exploration and practice,this paper puts forward a blanking mode suitable for modern ship repair and fine management mode,and describes the conditions and the key points realizing the centralized blanking and beveling.And also provides experience and reference for other ship repair enterprises in blanking management.
