摘要 以动车组产品质量管理体系为研究对象,介绍了基于TRIZ(发明问题的解决理论)的问题模型。分别以质量问题缺乏数据支持、错过处理问题最佳时机、缺乏质量管理高技能人才为问题关键点,以及使用小人法、预先作用原理、借助中介物原理等TRIZ工具提出了建立质量问题数据库进行问题预处理、质量问题管理前移、引入创新工作室、建立质量经验传承机制、精简质量问题反馈接口等5种动车组产品质量管理体系改进模型方案。结合这5种方案,对动车组产品质量方案进行整合扩充及优化建立了动车组产品质量数字化管理平台建设模型。实际应用表明,该新型动车组产品质量改进模式使动车组产品质量问题的分析与改进效率更高,改善更全面。 Taking the product quality management system of EMU as the research object,a problem model based on TRIZ(Teoriya Resheniya Izobreatatelskikh Zadatch)theory is introduced.Then,taking the quality issues due to insufficient data support,the best time lost to deal with problems,the lack of high-skilled personnel in quality management and so on as the key points,TRIZ tools,such as villain method,pre action principle,and the principle with intermediary help are explored.On this basis,five improvement model schemes of EMU product quality management system of EMUS are proposed,including the establishment of quality problem database for problem preprocessing,the advance of the quality problem management,introduction of innovation workshops,establishment of quality experience transmission mechanism,and the streamline quality problem feedback interfaces.Combined with these five schemes,the integration,expansion and optimization of EMU product quality scheme are implemented,a digital management platform model of EMU product quality is established.The practical application shows that the model promotes the analysis of EMU product quality problem,at the same time improves the quality management efficiently and comprehensively.
