Fibromyalgia is a clinically common chronic disease that is characterized by generalised chronic pain, seriously affecting the patients′ physical and mental health.Pharmacological treatment is a significant part of the current comprehensive treatment mode for fibromyalgia syndrome.Studies in recent years have confirmed that voltage-gated calcium channel α2-δ ligands have a broad application prospect in the treatment of this disease.This article reviews the research status of voltage-gated calcium channel α2-δ ligands in the treatment of fibromyalgia syndrome, in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment.
