摘要
针对日立7600型生化分析仪前处理系统进样耗时较长的问题,研制一种进样系统。该进样系统包括底部基座、托盘放置区及样本架放置区三部分组成,其中托盘放置区与样本架放置区相接。论文对该系统的设计、硬件的具体实现及使用方法进行了详细的介绍。测试结果表明该进样系统能大大缩减日立生化分析仪前处理系统的进样时间,提高工作效率,具有较大的实用价值和应用前景。
In order to solve the problem that the sampling time of the pretreatment system of Hitachi 7600 biochemical analyzer is long,a kind of injecting system is developed.The injection system included a bottom base,the tray placement area and the sample rack placement area,the tray placement area was connected to the sample rack placement area.The design of the system,the specific implementation of the hardware and the use of the method are described in detail.the test results shows that the system can greatly reduce the injection time of the pretreatment system of Hitachi biochemical analyzer,improve the work efficiency,has a great use value and application prospect.
