摘要
建立赤瓟中微量元素的测定方法。样品经HNO_(3)-H_(2)O_(2)体系微波消解,ICP-OES/ICP-MS法测定赤瓟中的Al、Ti、V、Mn、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn、Sr、Mo、Ba、Ca、Na、Mg、P等15种微量元素,其中ICP-MS法以钪、铟为内标物进行校正,消除基体的干扰,同时通过两种仪器对婴幼儿米粉内部质控样品中的5种元素测定进行方法学考察,方法线性关系良好,标准物质结果均在满意范围内。该方法简便,快速,测定结果准确度高,重复性好,可用于赤瓟中微量元素的测定。
The method for determination of trace elements in thladiantha dubia Bunge.The sample was digested with HNO_(3)-H_(2)O_(2) by microwave,and the trace contents of element in thladiantha dubia Bunge.such as Al、Ti、V、Mn、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn、Sr、Mo、Ba、Ca、Na、Mg、P were determined by ICP-MS By using Sc、In as internal standards,the interference from matrix can be eliminated.Five kinds elements of certified reference materials were analyzed by ICP-OES/ICP-MS,and the results were satisfactory to standard values.This method is simple,rapid,and accurate with good repeatability,the trace element in thladiantha dubia Bunge can be determined by this method.
