基于SWOT分析的营口钢铁行业发展战略研究

A Strategic Research on the Development Direction of Yingkou Iron and Steel Industry Based on SWOT Analysis

随着《辽宁沿海经济带高质量发展规划》的出台,营口又一次成功入围辽宁重要发展城市,其钢铁产业的发展同时迎来新的发展机遇。文章应用SWOT分析理论,对营口钢铁产业的优势、弱势、发展机遇及面临问题进行分析,通过主次因素的系统分析,得出营口市钢铁行业应在产业集中度、沿海经济发展圈、创新投入、产品品种及超低排放等方面加以整合和改进,以面对目前复杂多变的行业内外的环境,实现行业颠覆性发展。

With the promulgation of the high-quality development plan of Liaoning coastal economic belt,Yingkou has been successfully shortlisted as an important development city in Liaoning again,and the development of its iron and steel industry has ushered in new development opportunities.This paper applies SWOT analysis theory to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,development opportunities and problems of Yingkou iron and steel industry.It is concluded that Yingkou iron and steel industry should be integrated and improved in terms of industrial concentration,coastal economic development circle,innovation investment,product varieties and ultra-low emission,so as to face the complex and changeable environment inside and outside the industry and realize the subversive development of the industry.
