摘要
以热熔胶为胶黏剂,粘接纤维板/刨花板内结合强度测试试件,对比研究粘接金属卡头和试件时不同的金属卡头温度(50℃、70℃、90℃、110℃、130℃和150℃)对内结合强度测试结果的影响。研究表明,纤维板/刨花板内结合强度测试结果随着温度的升高呈现先升后降的趋势;温度为50℃时,试件与金属卡头粘接不牢,内结合强度测定值偏低;当温度为70℃和90℃时,内结合强度测定值差异不大,内结合强度测定值处于最高;温度为110℃、130℃和150℃时,内结合强度测定值出现明显的下降,且薄板下降趋势比厚板更明显。因此,建议测试人造板内结合强度时,粘接金属卡头和试件时的金属卡头温度宜控制在70~90℃。
In the internal bonding strength test of fiberboard and particleboard,the test specimen and the metal clamp were bonded by the hot melt adhesive.The effects of different bonding temperatures of test specimen(50℃,70℃,90℃,110℃,130℃and 150℃)on the internal bonding strength test results were investigated.The results showed that the internal bonding strength of fiberboard/particleboard increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of temperature.When the temperature was 50℃,the bonding between the specimen and the metal clamp was not firm,and the measured value of internal bonding strength was lower.When the temperature was 70℃and 90℃,there was not significant difference in the measured value of internal bonding strength,and the measured value of internal bonding strength was the highest.When the temperature were 110℃,130℃and 150℃,the measured value of internal bonding strength decreased obviously,and the downward trend of thin pnales was more obvious than that of thick panles.Therefore,it was suggested that when testing the internal bonding strength of wood-based panel,the temperature of metal clamp should be controlled at 70~90℃.
