殖民历史下的喀麦隆文学简论

A Study on Cameroonian Literature in the Colonial History

作为非洲文学的一个重要组成部分,喀麦隆文学的发展历程与德、法、英三国的殖民历史息息相关;法语文学与英语文学是喀麦隆文学的两大组成部分,自第一次世界大战结束后到20世纪70年代,法语文学一直是喀麦隆文学的主要成就,涌现出了一批具有国际影响力的优秀作家;而英语文学起步较晚,长期受到国内外文学界的忽视,在两代英语作家的努力下,英语文学终于在20世纪90年代迎来繁荣局面。

As an important part of African literature,the development of Cameroonian literature is closely related to the colonial history of Germany,France,and Britain.French literature and British lit⁃erature are two major components of Cameroonian literature.From the end of the First World War to the 1970s,French literature has always been the main achievement of Cameroonian literature,and a num⁃ber of excellent writers with international influence have emerged,while British literature started late and has long been recognized by domestic and foreign academia.With the efforts of two generations of British writers,British literature finally ushered in a prosperous situation in the 1990s.
