基于GCS-G5融合西门子控制系统的设计及实现

摘要 本文主要是论述鄂尔多斯盆地东缘某非常规气田集气站改扩建项目的控制系统设计及实施过程,主要特殊点是利用国产化控制系统浙江中控SUPCON GCS G5系统融合原西门子PLC与WINCC架构的控制系统组成新的控制系统,论文详细阐述该控制系统在此项目中的系统配置、集成过程等内容。经投产运行实践证明,该设计是正确有效的,满足生产和工艺的要求。 This paper mainly discusses the control system design and implementation process of the reconstruction and expansion project of an unconventional gas field gas gathering station in the eastern edge of Ordos Basin. The main special point is to use the domestic control system Zhejiang central control SUPCON GCS 5 system to integrate the control system of the original Siemens PLC and WinCC architecture to form a new control system. This paper describes the system configuration of the control system in this project in detail Integration process, etc. The operation practice shows that the design is correct and effective, and meets the requirements of production and process.
