摘要
针对工业控制领域对仪表设备管理系统网络化、智能化、易维护的需求,本文结合工业互联网与WirelessHART技术,提出了基于先进云平台架构的智能仪表工业互联网管理平台的设计与实现方法。该平台是一个管理、维护现场设备资产的云平台,提供仪表数字化监控、预测性维护、故障报警等功能,实现HART、WirelessHART等仪表的智能管理,并支持灵活组态、大数据分析,实现数据驱动的智能决策。该平台是实现工厂设备资产管理的解决方案,能够使智能设备发挥最大效益,减少仪表设备的损耗,降低企业生产与维护成本。
According to the requirements of networked, intelligent and easy maintenance of instrument and equipment management system in the field of industrial control, this paper combines the industrial Internet and WirelessHART technology to propose a design and implementation method for the intelligent instrument industrial Internet management platform based on the advanced cloud platform architecture. The platform is a cloud platform for management and maintenance of field equipment assets. It provides functions such as instrument digital monitoring, predictive maintenance, fault alarm,etc., realizes intelligent management of HART, WirelessHART and other instruments, and supporting flexible configuration and big data analysis to realize data-driven intelligent decisions. The platform is a solution to achieve factory equipment asset management, which can maximize the benefits of intelligent equipment, reduce the loss of instrument equipment, and reduce the production and maintenance costs of enterprises.
