摘要
目的:了解高校辅导员的职业倦怠状况及相关因素。方法:选取广东、河北、陕西、湖南4省9所高校的303名高校辅导员,使用职业倦怠问卷、双方向工作-家庭冲突问卷、职业认同问卷和组织支持问卷进行调查。结果:有238(78.54%)名高校辅导员存在职业倦怠;职业倦怠检出率在高校辅导员不同工龄组间差异有统计学意义;工作-家庭冲突、职业认同和组织支持可以预测高校辅导员的职业倦怠,共解释职业倦怠变异量的50%。结论:高校辅导员的职业倦怠检出率较高;工作-家庭冲突是高校辅导员职业倦怠出现的风险性因素。职业认同和组织支持是高校辅导员职业倦怠出现的保护因素。
Objective:To explore the job burnout and related factors of university instructors.Methods:A total of 303 university instructors from 9 universities in Guangdong,Hebei,Hunan and Shanxi provinces were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey using Job Burnout Questionnaire,Bi-directional Scale of Work-family Conflict,Professional Identity Questionnaire and Organizational Support Questionnaire.Results:A total of 238(78.54%)university instructors reported job burnout.There were statistically significant differences in the detection rate of job burnout among the groups of working ages.Work-family conflict,professional identity and organizational support could predict job burnout of university instructors,and explained 50%of the variation of job burnout.Conclusion:The job burnout detection rate of university instructors is high.Work-family conflictis the risk factor of university instructors’job burnout.Professional identity and organizational support are the protective factors of university instructors’job burnout.
