有留守经历大学生的自我关怀与焦虑和攻击性:抗逆力的中介作用 被引量:9

摘要 目的:本研究以具有留守经历的大学生为研究对象,考察抗逆力在自我关怀与焦虑和攻击性的纵向关系之间的中介作用。方法:研究采用自悯量表对408名有留守经历的大学生(43.9%男生;平均年龄19.5±1.16岁)进行测量,相隔6个月后采用心理弹性量表、焦虑自评量表、大学生攻击性量表对同一群体进行追踪测量。结果:(1)自我关怀与焦虑(r=-0.233;P<0.001)和攻击性(r=-0.335;P<0.001)显著相关,自我关怀与抗逆力显著相关(r=0.208;P<0.001),抗逆力与焦虑(r=-0.241;P<0.001)和攻击性(r=-0.198;P<0.001)显著相关。(2)在控制了性别、年龄、是否独生子女以及母亲或父亲外出工作时的年龄和时长后,抗逆力显著中介有留守经历大学生的自我关怀与6个月后的焦虑(标准化间接效应=-0.069,95%CI=-0.034~-0.115)和攻击性(标准化间接效应=-0.063,95%CI=-0.034~-0.115)的关系。结论:有留守经历大学生的自我关怀与焦虑和攻击性纵向关系之间存在潜在机制,并凸显了抗逆力在其中起到的关键作用。 Objective:To investigate the mediating role of resilience in the longitudinal relationship of self-compassion to anxiety and aggressiveness among college students with left-behind experience(LBE).Methods:A total of 408 college students with left-behind experience(43.9% male students;The mean age was 19.5,SD=1.16)reported self-compassion.After 6 months,the same group was recruited to compete "Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale ","Self-Rating Anxiety Scale" and "Chinese College Students’ Version of Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaire".Results:(1)Self-compassion was significantly related to anxiety(r=-0.233;P<0.001)and aggressiveness(r=-0.335;P<0.001),self-compassion was significantly related to resilience(r=0.208;P<0.001),resilience,anxiety(r=-0.241;P<0.001)and aggressiveness(r=-0.198;P<0.001)were significantly correlated.(2)After controlling for gender,age,the only child or not,and the age and the length of time when mother or father went out to work,resilience mediated the relationship between self-compassion and anxiety(Standardized indirect effect=-0.069,95%CI=-0.034~-0.115)and aggressiveness(Standardized indirect effect=-0.063,95%CI=-0.034~-0.115)at 6 months follow up among college students with left-behind experience.Conclusion:The findings reveals the potential mechanisms of the longitudinal association between self-compassion and anxiety and aggressiveness among college students with left-behind experience,and highlights the key role of resilience.
